HAUNTED HISTORY: The scary frights began in 1979, in San Mateo, California. My Mother Lily, replaced our porch light with a black lightbulb and Disney's Thrilling,Chilling,sounds of the Haunted House LP haunted the porch. The haunt has moved 3 states and grown to include animatronics, professional sound systems, various FX and even homemade singing statues in the Graveyard. It takes two months to set up, and now engages the talents of the entire neighborhood! All to keep the fun of Halloween Alive!....Or is it Dead?

The Nightmare in NM has been featured on KOAT 7 (ABC) in years past. Our yard haunt averages 450 people annually.
